cobbled paths lead the way to each of the three houses. within the houses, students can find their way to their appropriate dorm.

magic keeps those without permission from passing through the heavy ornate iron gates. the creaky bars appear to give way, but even the mightiest of foes cannot break past them.

the first floor contains the core classes. while most students dislike taking the core classes, they are a necessary part of the academy's academic routine.

this floor houses the classes that relate to student's magical abilities. while the classes are generally serious in subject, there is never a quiet day on this floor.

there are only a few classes located on the third floor. the classes on this floor are more advanced and relate to specific magical proprieties.

it's the biggest library you will ever find. there are hundreds of majestic shelves full of books, row after row.

injury isn't an uncommon thing on the campus, as the residents of this academy are all very unique, many not knowing their own strength or what they are capable of. experienced healers work here, conjuring potions to help speed up the healing process. with the right care, and the help of magic, recovery won't take long.

the students meet here thrice a day to have their meals. you must be on time, or you will not be served any food, as the facility has a rather strict code of behavioral conduct. multiple long wooden tables are set up across the room where the students sit, usually with their houses.

the courtyard is a peaceful place located in the center of the school, tucked away between the towering buildings. the ground is covered wish lush grass and stone-paved pathways. there are benches and statues scattered around, along with a beautiful fountain in the middle.

students of the astronomy class gather here to observe the stars. the astronomy room is located in the highest tower of the castle, one that stretches so far into the sky it almost reaches the clouds. it's as if you could reach your hand out the window and grab the stars.

a field surrounded by old walls. while plain to the normal eye, the field is controlled by the power of one's will. many students come here to spar under supervision while others sneak out at night for uninterrupted fights.

the spiraling staircases can be found at the end of every corridor. while quiet after and during classes, they become very busy between classes.

the dungeons serve as the academy's detention center. it might seem a bit uncivil, locking teenagers in cells as punishment, but it's efficient. after one visit, most students are on their best behavior, or at least take more care in not getting caught when they perform their mischief.

Natural light is a rare find underneath the dense canopy of the forest. At night, however, some say that the gloflies sparkle just like the night sky. There are many winding roads throughout the forest that lead to local landmarks. Some, however, have yet to be followed.

Once a place of worship for those who walked with the Sun, the Cathedral sits in almost perfect condition. Many speculate that the power of faith has kept it standing, while others believe there are darker forces at work.

A popular rendezvous spot for students . The water is black as night and anyone who tries drinking from the lake ends up in the infirmary.

The long winding cave system's origin is unknown to all but the oldest of races. Candles that never burn out lead adventurers to the ancient meadows atop the mountain. Many try to stray from the path but the will of the mountain always seems to bring them back to the entrance.

Roses and daffodils are abundant in the meadows. Before the woods were settled by the School, the meadows had once been a graveyard. Many find their way to the meadows for sight seeing, while others venture after dark to see if the spirits will rise.
